Magnasweet® Products are successfully used in a wide range of Dairy Products including Ice Cream, Frozen and Non-Frozen Yogurts, Puddings and Cheese Spreads. Magnasweet® will create a creamy texture to dairy products low in fat. As health conscious consumers move to low-fat or no-fat products, this texture attribute becomes increasingly important for product developers and consumers. In addition, Magnasweet® will intensify and extend sweetness in products, again adding to a positive effect for health conscious consumers by allowing reductions to sweetener systems. Magnasweet® does not degrade in extreme heat and cold processing conditions.
